Lithia & Driveway is looking for a Treasury Administrator to join our growing team and support our financial operations across North America.Our Treasury team is inclusive, collaborative, and focused on excellence—and we're looking for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to grow with us.What You’ll DoProcess, research, and organize a variety of payments across the Lithia & Driveway networkPerform daily treasury and financial accounting tasks with precision and consistencyManage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentation is maintainedInvestigate and resolve banking and corporate financial issuesPrepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactionsReconcile dealership bank statements; record accurate entries and adjustmentsReview and resolve errors on bank fee and analysis statementsCommunicate clearly with dealerships on Treasury and banking-related activitiesIdentify and communicate process improvement opportunitiesProvide research and support for banking inquiries including chargebacks and reconciliationsCollaborate with team members and escalate issues when neededParticipate in special projects and additional duties as assignedWhat You Bring1+ years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting-related roleStrong attention to detail and a passion for getting things rightWorking knowledge of treasury and financial accounting principlesExcellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skillsHigh level of curiosity, accountability, and time managementAbility to multitask and stay composed under pressureExperience with Kyriba is a plus, but not requiredWe offer best in class industry benefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
