As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in crafting structural components for modular buildings. You will:
  • Perform day-to-day fabrication and welding of structural steel and miscellaneous parts
  • Assist in cutting, welding, and fabricating structural steel components and fixtures
  • Safely operate welding equipment to ensure flawless results
  • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions with precision
  • Handle various thicknesses of metal to meet project specifications
You have:
  • Academic background in welding technology or a related field
  • Previous experience as a certified welder with MIG welding (GMAW, FCAW) using AWS D1.1 qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Skills in reading and understanding structural blueprints, tape measures, and protractors
  • Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing position
