We're seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with experience leading complex K-12, municipal, and healthcare projects. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, responsible for on-site coordination, safety enforcement, and quality assurance - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent Are:
  • Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors
  • Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and building codes
  • Manage site logistics, equipment deliveries, and materials handling
  • Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and punch lists
  • Foster a collaborative jobsite environment with all trade partners

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent, with emphasis on K-12, municipal, or healthcare construction
  • Deep understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project)
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple subcontractors simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
