Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary face of the company in the field, building and maintaining relationships with general contractors, glass companies, developers, subcontractors, and construction firms to promote and sell our glass and aluminum railing systems.
- Actively seek out and develop new corporate sales opportunities through best practices.
- Understand project scopes by reviewing architectural and construction drawings, project specs, and timelines to determine product fit and requirements.
- Provide product knowledge presentations and consultations to prospective clients and project decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal team members to prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and product recommendations tailored to client and project needs.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients throughout the bid and project lifecycle.
- Track and report on field activity, including leads, meetings, project pipeline, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand presence.
- Minimum 2 years of glass and construction related experience.
- Proven experience in construction, architectural products, or glass/railing system sales.
- Strong industry network in Florida (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and communicate technical needs with internal teams.
- Self-starter with strong time-management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
