- Installation & Setup: Install new fountain soda machines at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and safety protocols.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of fountain soda machines, including the carbonation, refrigeration, and dispensing systems.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining machine functions, and ensuring customers’ needs are met.
- System Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with machines, including mechanical, electrical, or water flow problems, and take necessary corrective action.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer feedback.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations related to beverage equipment installation and repair.
- Travel: Travel to various customer locations within the designated service area, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in installing or repairing fountain soda machines, commercial refrigeration, or similar technical roles.
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of fountain soda machines. Familiarity with electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, and water filtration systems is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to think critically when addressing technical issues.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and be on your feet for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification, HVAC certification, or other relevant technical qualifications.
