Check your Zone before applying.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Product Designer focused on Reclaim.ai within Dropbox, you'll lead design efforts across one of the most ambitious and impactful product surfaces at Dropbox. Reclaim is redefining how individuals and teams manage their time using smart, AI-powered scheduling and productivity tools-and as the founding designer on the team within Dropbox, you'll have the opportunity to shape its evolution from the ground up.You'll collaborate closely with Reclaim's co-founders, product management, and a tight-knit team of engineers and cross-functional partners to build seamless, elegant, and powerful experiences. This is a chance to work on deeply human, behavior-driven problems that affect how millions of people get through their day-while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and pace of a startup within the stability and support of Dropbox.Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design work across Reclaim's product areas, including AI scheduling, collaboration workflows, enterprise features, and mobile/web experiences.
  • Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define problems, explore solutions, prototype quickly, and ship polished experiences.
  • Shape and uphold a high bar for design craft, usability, and systems thinking across the product.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research (in partnership with PMs and support) to inform design decisions and inspire product strategy.
  • Champion clarity and simplicity in a complex product space, helping users feel empowered-not overwhelmed.
  • Bring a strong point of view to product decisions while staying open to feedback and iteration.
  • Help define the long-term design vision and product voice for Reclaim within Dropbox.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience designing software products, ideally in B2B SaaS or productivity tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, with a focus on complex flows and elegant UI/UX.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, ideally with a systems-thinking approach.
  • Excellent visual design, interaction design, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy.
  • Deep empathy for users, especially those navigating dense calendars, meetings, and team coordination.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with PMs, engineers, founders, and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing AI-powered or automation-focused features.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS UX patterns, particularly around scheduling, permissions, and onboarding.
  • Background in user research, especially around time management, productivity, or collaboration tools.
  • Degree in design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience at a startup or as the first/early designer on a team.

All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee's remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.
