- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required
- Has 10+ years of IB experience with an existing track record in Building Supplies, Industrials, Infrastructure, or adjacent verticals
- Can bring live deal flow or qualified prospects into the pipeline within 60-90 days
- Is known by name in the industry by key sponsors, operators, and consolidators
- Holds an active Series 79, 63 license (required); 24 (preferred)
- Wants to own a P&L and drive revenue, not just manage execution
- Thrives in performance-driven, unbureaucratic environments where results matter
