
IT Desktop Support Technician Onsite in Eagan, MN

- Provide level II desktop support of PC equipment including laptops, desktops, virtual machines, software, printers, mobile devices and peripherals by troubleshooting and resolving standard technical problems; document, track and monitor incidents and work orders per set service level agreement standards; and provide timely feedback to customers during and upon resolution
- Provide level II support of Microsoft suite of products including M365 & Windows OS
- Perform Desktop/Laptop Imaging and application installations in accordance with policies and standards
- Maintain inventory of assets
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- 1 years of experience providing desktop hardware, desktop application or operating system software support
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- PBM/health care environment experience
- IT Customer Service experience
- Ticket tracking system experience
