- Match vendor invoices to the appropriate purchase orders/purchase requisitions and receiving reports.
- Verify prices charged by vendor are accurate.
- Setup the voucher for payment and enter them into the accounts payable system.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Scan and organize files electronically.
- Assist Financial Controller with various projects.
- Currently enrolled in higher education seeking an Accounting, Finance or related major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
