What you would be doing:As the Midnight Nurse Supervisor, you will use your knowledge and experience to: set culture and provide leadership and oversight to facility personnel; to conduct assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations leading to positive outcomes; and to fulfill charge nurse assignments, if needed, in addition to supervisory responsibility.What your work schedule would be:Choose either an eight (8) or a twelve (12) hour shift with alternating weekends.The successful candidate:must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Current CPR certification is desired.has a minimum of two years of nursing experience in long term care, preferably with management experience.has a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities and how to apply them in planning, problem solving and directing your team,brings excellent assessment, planning, organization, communication, team building and interpersonal skills with an understanding of person-centered care.has the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays and off shifts.Rewards and Recognitions:Our employees can take advantage of a menu of health coverage and other benefits.Your hourly wage is based on years of experience.
