- Manage the setup, configuration, and inventory of company laptops and workstations.
- Provide support and maintenance for internal server infrastructure.
- Administer user access and permissions across various systems and applications.
- Assist with tracking and managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) expenditures.
- Serve as an administrator for collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Provide technical support and assistance related to the Odoo ERP system.
- Address and resolve IT-related issues, providing comprehensive support throughout the technology lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend potential applications and technology investments to enhance our internal operations.

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Experience with laptop setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of server management concepts (Windows and/or Linux environments).
- Experience with managing user accounts and access controls.
- Familiarity with supporting common office software and SaaS applications.
- Willingness to expand into technical areas beyond your area of expertise; ability to develop innovative and novel approaches.
- Open-minded and comfortable working in a teaming environment or as an individual contributor.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- U.S. Person (immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided).
- Experience administering Jira and/or Confluence.
- Experience supporting or working with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Experience with cloud productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and providing user support.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience tracking budgets or costs related to technology services.
