Kforce's client, a rapid growth Health Care Services company headquartered in New York, NY, would like to hire a Controller. The company has a beautiful office in midtown Manhattan. This is a rapid growth enterprise that has a 50% annualized growth rate - all organic growth. Their business model is very profitable and self-funding. You will have line of sight on becoming their full-time CFO within 1-2 years. The work schedule, although flexible and hybrid, will be heavy in office. Most of the corporate headquarters' averages 4-4.5 days a week in the office. Duties of the Controller will include:
  • Managing a small team
  • Month end close
  • Financial statement prep
  • External audit support
  • FP&A
  • Strategic finance
  • Treasury and Balance Sheet Management
  • Bachelor's degree Accounting a must; An advanced degree such as a Master's in Accounting is a plus
  • CPA a must
  • Health care services, hospitality, or retain industry experience a plus
  • Experience with venture backed or private equity backed companies a plus
  • Experience with multi-entity organization a plus
  • Experience with ERPs (like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) a plus
  • Big 4 experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
