They are currently seeking to expand their expertise within the realm of commercial real estate, with a specific focus on condominium terminations.Position Overview:As a Real Estate Attorney specializing in Condominium Terminations, you will navigate complex transactional matters, provide strategic advice, and drive successful outcomes in cases involving title work, escrow services, condominium association interactions, and particularly, condominium terminations. This role demands a deep understanding of commercial real estate law, honed negotiation skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with a committed team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead legal efforts in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on condominium terminations.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations with probable case outcomes for individuals and businesses.
  • Draft and negotiate critical transaction documents, including purchase agreements, termination agreements, and other relevant legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, condominium associations, and unit owners, providing legal counsel and ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
  • Conduct meticulous title work and coordinate escrow services, ensuring all aspects of transactions are executed effectively and in the best interests of the client.
  • Participate in firm development and networking activities, helping to enhance the firms expertise and reputation in the realm of commercial real estate.
  • Handle other real estate-related legal matters as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of the field.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in condominium terminations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and legal proceedings.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
