- Complete customer advocate and customer champion to ensure all internal and external avenues are taken to achieve customer satisfaction
- Manages all international open orders, quotes, pricing discrepancies, etc.
- Generates customer quotes upon request utilizing MS Dynamics AX
- When needed, request part codes from Sales Technical Support
- Works directly with Territory Managers to verify and confirm pricing to use
- Responds/Acknowledges all inquiries in a timely manner (24-48 hours)
- Order Entry
- Disseminate inquiries to Kennedy Valve (KV) partners as needed to respond to the inquiry
- Review all PO details to ensure all KV terms and conditions are included and agreed to
- Confirm price and delivery are accurate to KV quote
- Confirm accurate delivery address is included on PO
- Confirm Part Numbers are correct
- Provide order confirmation to customers within 24-48 hrs. of order acceptance
- No order will be accepted or confirmed without ALL conditions provided on PO are accepted by Kennedy Valve and agreed to by Customer
- Order confirmation to be signed and returned before order will be released to build
- Works seamlessly with Export Coordinator
- Release orders to Shipping to process for shipment when product is reserved to order
- Confirm weights and dimensions, address information, and shipping terms
- Assist the export coordinator as needed and requested
- Screens and maintains screening results on all inquiries using KV Project form
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Communicates directly and immediately with customers, International Sales staff, and internal departments at KV to resolve issues as needed
- Cultivates and maintain relationships with customer base
- Some exposure to international accounts is likely. Ability to speak more than one language is a plus.

- Strong computer skills with ability to adapt to new software easily
- Proven ability to navigate complex situations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Typical office setting with occasional exposure to the production floor and shipping department
- Office hours may vary according to international customer need
- Minimal travel requirements to other McWane facilities and suppliers
