We are partnering with a reputable law firm in Orange County seeking a skilledTransactional Attorney to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in business transactions, real estate, or corporate law to work with a diverse client base and handle a wide range of sophisticated transactional matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various business and commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, leases, and corporate governance documentsProvide legal counsel on M&A, corporate structuring, real estate transactions, and other business-related dealsConduct legal due diligence for corporate and real estate transactionsAssist with entity formation, compliance, and corporate governance mattersCollaborate with clients to identify legal risks and develop practical solutions that align with business goalsStay up to date on relevant state and federal regulations impacting business and real estate transactionsQualifications:Active membership with the California State Bar3+ years of transactional law experience, preferably in business, corporate, or real estate transactionsStrong drafting and negotiation skillsExperience working directly with business owners, stakeholders, or real estate professionalsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and client-relations skillsPreferred Experience (Not Required):Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)Real Estate Development and FinanceCorporate GovernanceContract Disputes Resolution (non-litigation)Why Apply:Work with an established, highly regarded law firm in Orange CountyExposure to a variety of interesting and complex transactional mattersCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity for professional growth and advancementTo Apply:
