
Manager Technical Project / Program

- Serve as the main technical point of contact in the U.S.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for roadside speed and red-light radar enforcement installations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues. And interface with our R&D located mainly in France
- Manage client, partners and suppliers relationships in the U.S.
- Coordinate with the French technical and operation teams.
- Report on project status, technical issues, and operational performance.
- Participate in the deployment, testing, and integration of our solutions.
- Attend a one-month training program in France upon hiring and attend 2-3 workshops in France per year
- Fluent in English.
- Based in the States, with the ability to travel locally for support.
- 3+ years of experience in software development and technical project roles.
- Strong skills in C++ and Python.
- Experience with embedded systems, video and image processing, or hardware/software integration is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in the road safety, video protection or public safety industry.
- Familiarity with field deployment environments and logistics.
