Develops and manages a project or program schedule that will communicate effectively with all levels of the project team and stakeholders. Assists in the support and development of program office cost estimates, spend plan development, and program documentation. Provides off-site assistance to the customer, including the preparation of program-level meetings, briefings, or financial analysis. Assists with the collection, coordination, and dissemination of programmatic information.Telework is supported at 25%. Travel is required.Responsibilities and DutiesProvides weekly reporting on budget execution and progress to plan for expenditures and obligations. Leads brief development of PRR (Program Requirements Review) / Program Objective Memorandum (POM) exhibits, Congressional Briefs and similar briefings for program/project budgeting and execution. Develops and maintains spend plans, phasing plans, and cash allocation plans throughout the execution year for prioritization and meet execution and obligation benchmarks. Creates and routes for approval Spend Plan Change Requests (SPCRs), as required. Supports APM with identifying risks and opportunities early and provides associated mitigations and potential should cost benefits and update continually each month. Identifies and supports Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) and develops UFR whitepapers. Works directly with the contracting team in support of validation and funding of annual hardware and software renewals or new procurements, as required. Develops informational and decisional presentations such as Collaborative Program Reviews (CPRs), Annual Program Office Reviews (APORs), and other stakeholder briefings to maximize advocacy for program objectives. Coordinates directly with the Cost Analyst for Spruill Chart updates and Cost Model/PLCCE input. Provides technical verbiage and updates as required to budget exhibits, including impact statements. Manages data calls and action items to ensure status and associated deliverables are completed per assigned due dates. Independently liaison with other programs, commands, and stakeholders to meet objectives.Qualifications and SkillsRequired knowledge and years of experienceMust have at least five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to write reports and correspondence in clear and concise language and in appropriate form and style.Education RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in a business or technical field.CertificationsProgram Management Professional (PMP) certification, desired.Clearance RequirementSecretSalaryThe minimum salary starts at $110,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.Benefits and PerksAt STF, we recognize that talented employees are the foundation of our success.
