Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required.
Required to be on-site during scheduled hours.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, including scheduling and facilitating drug testing, verifying documentation, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Ability and willingness to cover open positions during short staffing or for emergency call-offs, etc.
Administers guard management software to all locations.
Manage scheduling of employees for multiple sites.
Attend regular/routine meetings with the client, supervisors, and subordinates.
Maintains security post instructions and other required records.
Deliver training where applicable.
Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition.
Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations for inspections, walk-throughs, and meetings, etc.
Conduct Interviews and hire employees.
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all assigned employees and give corrective action (On the Spot, PMRs, PIPs) where appropriate.
Meet required sales leads KPI weekly for growth opportunities.
2- 3 years of previous verifiable Supervisor/ Managerial experience.
Able to obtain Colorado Guard Card
