This position offers a pay rate of $18.50/hr, paid weekly.Benefits:Full-time: Industry-leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental & vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, premium holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more - available for qualified candidates!Part-Time: All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.Requirements:
  • Security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid PERC Card preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
  • Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
  • Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
  • Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
