Salary: Starting at $225,000/year for 3 days per week or $350,000/year for 4 days a weekJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) to provide on-site medical evaluations and musculoskeletal treatments for patients in skilled nursing facilities. This position is ideal for a general DO interest in learning and applying Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) techniques in a hands-on, patient-centered setting.OMT training and mentorship provided.Responsibilities
  • Perform medical evaluations and develop care plans for patients in skilled nursing and post-acute settings
  • Learn and apply OMT techniques through structured training and clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care
  • Educate patients and staff on osteopathic care principles and wellness strategies
  • Document all visits and procedures in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Participate in care team meetings and contribute to functional patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in any primary care specialty
  • Interest in learning and delivering OMT
  • Active medical license in [State] or eligibility to obtain
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
