- Accurately enter and process customer orders in to the system
- Provide quotes, timelines, and product information to customers as needed
- Confirm order details, artwork specifications, and job requirements with customers
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in bid preparation and follow up, including gathering samples, documentation needed for bid, preparing FedEx packages, researching bid tabulations, and preparing FOIA letters.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, act as a backup for answering the main phone lines, and support other departments as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred but not required.
- 1+ year of customer service or order entry experience, preferably in a print or manufacturing environment, but not required.
- Strong typing skills required
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience with order entry software or CRM systems preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Time management and problem-solving skills are essential
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with printing terminology and processes is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Must be able to pass a background check
