- Lead commercial sales efforts and grow our client base in St. Louis and surrounding areas
- Identify new opportunities in retail, industrial, office, and multi-tenant properties
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors
- Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to deliver seamless customer experience
- Report directly to ownership and help shape sales strategy
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or B2B sales (alarm/security industry a plus)
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the St. Louis market is a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
