Our team is committed to creating exceptional moments for residents through curated lifestyle programming, outstanding service, and immaculate amenity spaces.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifestyle Director to lead the development and execution of lifestyle and wellness programming across the property’s amenity spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, event planning, and resident engagement, with a strong focus on operations, service excellence, and team management.The Ideal CandidateYou are detail-oriented, creative, and service-driven. You thrive in a leadership role, balancing day-to-day operations with high-level planning. You understand the importance of resident satisfaction and excel at building community through events and meaningful interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesAmenity OperationsConduct daily inspections of all amenity spaces and address maintenance or cleanliness issuesMonitor pool chemical levels and equipment; coordinate with the certified pool operator as neededManage amenity inventory, supplies, and water canister maintenanceEnsure accurate registration and attendance tracking through Mind BodyProgramming & EventsDevelop and execute monthly lifestyle calendars featuring social events, wellness classes, and resident activitiesCollaborate with local vendors and community partners to enhance programmingCollect and analyze resident feedback to improve offeringsTeam LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage amenity staff including front desk attendants, spa staff, fitness instructors, and lifeguardsCreate and maintain standard operating procedures and staff checklistsOversee daily scheduling, shift changes, and payroll reportingResident EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for amenity-related resident inquiriesCoordinate welcome emails for new residents and promote membershipsFollow up on declined payments, expired memberships, and resident participationRespond to resident emails and requests in a timely mannerAdministrative & ReportingReview sales and usage data through Mind Body; ensure accurate fee collectionSubmit weekly payroll and monthly amenity usage reportsAssist in maintaining branding and communication consistency through monthly promotions and multi-channel marketingQualifications (Must-Haves)3+ years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle programming, property management, or related fieldsExperience managing teams and coordinating events or wellness programsProficiency in using amenity scheduling software (Mind Body preferred)Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to lead with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detailWhy ApplyCompetitive salary with performance-based BonusesBe part of a luxury residential experience focused on creating communityFull access to beautiful, modern amenity spacesJoin a team that values creativity, leadership, and resident satisfactionEmail resume to: yanky@maiplacement.com
