- Own the calculation, validation, and processing of monthly/quarterly retail sales compensation across multiple plan types and incentive structures.
- Build, maintain, and automate compensation reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, SQL, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment between compensation plans and company strategy.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and proactively resolve compensation issues with accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and compensation outcomes to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all compensation processes.
- Present compensation reports and analysis clearly to stakeholders, including executives and sales leadership.
- Support ad-hoc analyses related to incentive design, plan modeling, and sales performance trends.
- Regular analytical support for the line of business in need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, sales incentive management, or financial/sales analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation.
- Proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent visualization tools) for building and automating compensation dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail or sales incentive compensation is highly preferred.
- Experience working with sales performance management Compensafe
- Knowledge of retail sales processes and incentive structures.
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
