- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Serve as a liaison between other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams, driving consensus on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess technical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them proactively.
- Communicate project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, ensuring team members have the necessary support and tools to succeed.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust project plans as needed to meet project goals.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Track project improvements and proactively address roadblocks.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and recommend changes for future projects.
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.

- Provides coaching and counsel to managers and employees on performance management, workforce planning, and conflict resolution.

- Supports project changes by guiding team through transitions.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a principle or advisory engineering role, preferably in production-scale chemical processing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Master's degree preferred
