The Preschool Teacher implements curriculum, for classroom ages 2, 3, and 4 years old while they serve as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children ages 2, 3, and 4 years old. You’ll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
Follow all policies and state regulations
Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
What We Need from You:
High School Diploma and/or GED or Degree in related field of study preferred
FL DCF 45 hours required with a complete CDA credential
