As General Manager of Concessions, you will lead all concession operations, ensuring speed, service, and sales meet the highest standards. You'll manage a diverse team, coordinate with vendors and partners, and drive a dynamic event-day atmosphere that delivers excellence to every guest.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in foodservice, concessions, or high-volume operationsProficient in inventory management and POS systemsKnowledge of food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulationsServSafe and local certifications (as required)Key Responsibilities:Lead, schedule, and train all concessions team membersOversee concession stands, kiosks, and portable units during eventsMonitor inventory, purchasing, and product availabilityPartner with culinary and purchasing teams to ensure efficient operationsEnsure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followedAnalyze financial performance and implement improvementsWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
