Forklift Operator

• $19- $23/hour for hourly positions that require no degree or special training
• Bonus Up to maximum of $2.86 per hour for every hour worked for meeting Safety, quality and efficiency targets
• $2.50 per hour night shift premium if assigned to the night shift

• Efficiently load and unload trailers using proper PPE and safety procedures, with high attention to preventing injuries.
• Follow supervisor instructions to move materials, supplies, and goods to designated areas within the company.
• Comply with all MBCI Safety Policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and demonstrate knowledge of wood species and Decora product line.

• Pass all forklift exams (written and hands-on)
• Works well as a team
• Previous experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
• Works well under time processes
• Operate both forklift and reach trucks
• Sense of urgency and drive
• Flexible
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
• Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception
• Commitment to workplace safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold)
