- Experience in working with blockchain technologies.
- Experience in collaborating with C-level executives and leading cross-functional initiatives in a changing environment.
- Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Experience with startup and investment bank.
- Knowledge of distributed ledger technologies, blockchain, or cryptocurrency ecosystems, and the engaging landscape.
- Excellent investigative skills with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities and product requirements.
- Drive the identification, evaluation, and engagement of partners, including global banks and financial institutions, to build and grow the platform's ecosystem.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, defining mutual business value and incentives for Google and its partners, and facilitating legal agreement finalization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new partnerships, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding and co-innovation to relationship growth.
- Understand and articulate the platform's functional architecture and capabilities from a business lens, engaging with partner business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze the engaging landscape and market requirements to identify opportunities, influence product roadmap development, and advocate for partner needs with internal teams.
