- Identify and understand customer needs through effective questioning and listening.
- Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Provide transparent and accurate information on pricing, financing options, and vehicle specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Assist customers with the completion of purchase agreements and necessary documentation.
- Stay informed about Subaru products, industry trends, and dealership promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
