- Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily operations of a high-volume, fine dining kitchen
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to exacting standards of refinement
- Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team with an emphasis on precision and hospitality-driven service
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal offerings, and innovative culinary programs
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls while upholding quality
- Lead by example on the line during peak service, remaining calm, composed, and solution-oriented
- Enforce all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens without sacrificing quality
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mentality
- Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, food cost management, and menu innovation
- ServSafe or HACCP certification preferred
- A passion for refined hospitality and attention to detail that elevates the guest experience
