?Key Responsibilities
Review, organize, and manage sales, vendor, and IT documents
Support lead generation efforts, including follow-up on new opportunities
Vet inbound leads and route qualified prospects to sales leadership
Assist with marketing initiatives and collateral preparation
Coordinate and help plan training programs and sales courses
Provide on-site operational support to sales leadership
Assist with administrative tasks and help improve team efficiency
Serve as a liaison between headquarters and sales reps across the US
Provide general support across a broad range of functions as needed
What Were Looking For
2+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Assistant role
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and a confident personality
Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with professionalism and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Industry-specific experience not requiredaptitude and initiative matter most
