Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 + guaranteed $5K/month commission for first 4 monthsLocation: Atlanta, GA (Travel up to 75%)Work Environment: This is a remote, field-based role.While you will not report daily to an office, you must live in the Atlanta, GA area to effectively cover the territory. The role requires up to 75% travel to job sites, contractors, builders, and developers across the Atlanta metro and surrounding areas. This is not a work-from-home-only position; success depends on building strong, in-person relationships in the field.We’re seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand business in the Atlanta area. This is a high-performance outside sales role focused on building relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners. If you’re a motivated closer who thrives in face-to-face selling, this opportunity offers six-figure potential in your first year.What You’ll DoProspect, cold call, and win new accountsBuild and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and homeownersConduct onsite presentations and project-manage job sites to meet specs and codesAttend trade shows and industry events to grow market reachMaintain accurate CRM records and manage expensesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired: 3+ years of territory or outside sales experience (construction/building industry preferred) selling to the construction industry and or selling specialty products like elevators etc.Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a field-sales environmentMust live in the Atlanta metro area and be comfortable with heavy travel (75%)No frequent job changes—we’re looking for consistent career progression.Compensation & Benefits$50K–$55K base + guaranteed $5K/month commission for first 4 monthsEscalating commission plan (earning potential well over $200K)$500/month car stipend + company expense cardHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO, 401(k) match, Tuition reimbursement
