Basic Requirements:
US Citizenship
Engineering Degree (preferably a BS in a STEM discipline) with a minimum 5 years of experience OR MS in STEM with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Other Requirements:
- Gas turbine experience
- Experience w/ requirements definition
- Experience w/ Systems integration
- Experience w/ System certification of a regulated product
- Experience w/ developing safety- critical software
- Collaborate with other teams and customers to develop electrical, electronics and mechatronics control system safety work products such as: System Safety and Reliability Assessment, Functional Hazard Assessment (FHA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) or Common Cause Analysis (CCA)
- Work with a cross-functional team to establish the highest standards of technical capability, quality, professionalism, and teamwork
- Provide and support engineering and process guidance, training and create documentation
- Prepare and review engineering work products for technical documentation, quality, completeness
- Resolve complex problems through the application of acquired technical experience and knowledge
- Develop and communicate complex technical ideas and information in a concise and logical way
