Customer Care AssociatePeoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with a prominent jewelry manufacturer in the Princeton, IL area. We are seeking customer care associates to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as health, dental and vision insurance as well as temp-to-hire opportunities.The Customer Care Associate is primarily responsible for the handling of all field sales/product sales, business transactions, responding to sales reps’ requests for information, resolving problems brought forth from sales reps, etc. This position is also responsible for the managing of employee files, setting up schedule files, releasing of work orders, initiating solicitation requirements on behalf of our customers, managing day to day activities for assigned customer base, etc.-Monday through Friday with early dismissal every Friday-$16.50/hour to start with a 50 cent raise after hire-Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen-High School Diploma or GED equivalency required-Prior experience in a customer service position required, ideally, at least 3 years.-Prior experience in a jewelry manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required.#IND223
