$84.61/HourDescription:SOW - Would like to see candidates with construction project experience. Doing building modifications to a military site. We need someone who can manage the modifications, hire contractors to design and perform the modifications, and navigate the permitting and military approval processes. Construction/sub-contractor management/cap ex project experience we need on this project.Background:
The Depot Activation team which is charted to develop new depot capabilities across
the world has multiple projects requiring Project Management support.Scope of Work:
Provide project management support for existing Depot Activation projects and Depot
Activation proposals.Support proposal development
Gather competitive intelligence, as required
Gather and document project information and business case assumptions
Develop and maintain project risk assessments
Submit wining Depot Activation proposals
Develop presentations in support of gate reviewsSupport project tracking
Maintain project schedules, as needed
Lead and/or support status meetings
Identify and resolve issues affecting project schedule
Initiate periodic review of projected salesProject execution
Provide Project management support throughout the stages as directed
and assigned by team leaders.
Work with project team to develop and maintain schedules, risk tools, and
proposals.
Monitor execution of delivery schedules.
Forecast and meet project sales.
Provide reporting and monthly status reports on all projects.
Support proposal development
Support invoicingMust have a college degree and PMP Certification.Level and Period of Performance:
Anticipate requiring one (1) Project Manager 40 hours weekly for a period of one (1) year
