- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the food and beverage outlets.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the food and beverage team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards, menu planning, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
