- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients' desktop and laptop systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components on clients' computers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with clients to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve their productivity
- Provide guidance and training to clients on how to effectively use their technology
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and document solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new technology solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide the best support to clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, at all times
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, MCDST, Office 365 and other relevant certifications are a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
