As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Supporting the team with marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Develop prospective clients
  • Participating in ongoing training to develop your sales and service skills
What you possess:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Strong work ethics
  • Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) must possess or acquire asap
