- Oversees Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Manages Hospital social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube; including monthly strategy, posting, monitoring, and responding to content
- Ownership of the team Content Calendar suggests a weekly posting schedule featuring events, blogs, content, news, highlighted staff, etc.
- Creates social videos to support marketing goals
- Manages social media analytics – tracking data, reporting and providing recommendations
- Hospital Events/Culture/Committee Work:
- Attends/assists work events inside/outside the hospital as needed, including some evenings and weekends if requested
- Primary photography support as requested including, but not limited to social media, hospital committee needs, general hospital events and engagements
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts
- A Bachelor of Arts degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Self-starter, creative, highly motivated.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Requires demonstrated competence in project management with strong communications, design conceptual, organizational and computer skills.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

- May be exposed to chemicals necessary to perform required tasks. Any hazardous chemicals the employee may be exposed to are listed on the hospital’s SDS (Safety Data Sheet) database and may be accessed through the hospital’s Intranet site (Employee Tools/SDS Access). A copy of the SDS database can also be found at the hospital switchboard, saved on a disc.
