Ensures our team meets and exceeds operational and financial targets and leads multi discipline projects. Develops departmental plans, guided by resource availability and functional objectives. Your responsibilities will include Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Manage operational budgets and capital expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations and product delivery. Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) An MBA or advanced degree World Class Manufacturing (WCM) experience Proven strong ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks as well as set expectations for the leaders that are reporting to you Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive change Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
