
Third-Party Manufacturing Intern – Summer 2026

- Gain hands-on experience in how Henkel products are produced and delivered to market through third-party manufacturing (3PM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Legal, Product Development, and Plant Operations.
- Support the production of semi-finished and finished goods at third-party manufacturers for brands like Loctite, Teroson, Bonderite, Aquence, and Technomelt.
- Work on impactful projects to improve and document operational processes, ensuring consistent data capture and standardization.
- Interact with external manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Build skills in change management, communication, data visualization, and business software tools.
- A rising sophomore, rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027, 2028, and 2029 pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry
- Analytical skills: ability to gather and analyze large data sets and develop fact-based recommendations
- Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude

- Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
