  • Gain hands-on experience in how Henkel products are produced and delivered to market through third-party manufacturing (3PM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Legal, Product Development, and Plant Operations.
  • Support the production of semi-finished and finished goods at third-party manufacturers for brands like Loctite, Teroson, Bonderite, Aquence, and Technomelt.
  • Work on impactful projects to improve and document operational processes, ensuring consistent data capture and standardization.
  • Interact with external manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
  • Build skills in change management, communication, data visualization, and business software tools.

  • A rising sophomore, rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027, 2028, and 2029 pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry

  • This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
