- Improve the operational efficiency and utility of MCO's Salesforce organization and integrations
- Partner closely with MCO managers and support engineers to understand and translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design and extensible code aligned with critical initiatives
- Ensure MCO's Salesforce organization continually meets security requirements and passes periodic audits
- Act as a mentor for additional team members and share best practices as applicableA day in the life

- Experience utilizing AWS cloud solutions in a DevOps environment
- Knowledge of a front-end language (Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.)
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience to include configuration, customization, programming with APEX, LWC Triggers, Flows, Omnichannel, Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSLPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience building services using AWS products
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
