
Regional Nurse Consultant - Assisted Living

- observe and manage acute changes in a resident's condition
- supervise caregiver duties and provide caregiver education when necessary
- maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, physicians, pharmacies, and all employees
- monitor compliance with policies and procedures
- assist with regulatory compliance through observation, correction, and reporting of situations that may cause exposure to the assisted living residence
- help provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
- be part of the regional nurse on call rotation (every 4th week, Monday - Monday)
- other duties as assigned
- current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a registered nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
- excellent time management skills
- ability to accept and give directions
- work well in a team environment
