You might be the self-motivated and technically capable Web Developer we are seeking to join our team.The web developer will be based in the Fort Wayne, IN corporate office.What You'll Do:You will be involved in the full software development life cycle-from gathering requirements to design, coding, testing, and implementation-and will also handle troubleshooting, diagnostics, and process improvements.
  • Provide application support for internal and external users of custom business applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and application usage issues; escalate as needed
  • Manage projects from concept through completion, including gathering requirements and user feedback
  • Work closely with operations to understand how business applications are utilized
  • Perform diagnostics, unit testing, and validation of development work using real-world data
  • Drive operational and process improvements through technology solutions
  • Write reports and queries using relational databases
