DescriptionTradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Roofing Helpers for a project located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20-$25/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Helper and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:
  • Remove existing roof
  • Set up vapor barriers & vents
  • Install roofing materials
  • Load & unload materials
  • Apply tar & other applications on roof
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Experience working on a ladder
  • Standard PPE & fall protection
  • Must have OSHA 10; may be provided for qualified candidates
