Job DescriptionWhat you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with SymphonyAI’s growth objectives and values.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Build scalable processes to drive efficient and effective hiring across all SymphonyAI locations and business units.
- Partner with executive leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, proactively addressing capability gaps.
- Champion our employer brand globally, strengthening SymphonyAI’s reputation as a top destination for mission-driven, innovative talent.
- Oversee and optimize recruitment operations, including talent sourcing, candidate selection, interview processes, and offer management.
- Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology vendors.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for talent attraction, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
- Stay current on global talent trends, labor markets, and compliance requirements to ensure SymphonyAI remains competitive and compliant.
- Visionary leadership with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, global technology organization.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Experience developing and executing innovative global talent acquisition strategies that attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
- Deep understanding of employer branding, talent market analytics, and recruiting technologies.
- Track record of leading high-performing, culturally diverse teams in remote and hybrid working environments.
- Strong analytical and process optimization skills, with a passion for leveraging data to inform strategy and measure success.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with efficiency and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a global leadership role within the technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
- Experience scaling TA operations in a high-growth, multi-country context.
- Deep knowledge of global recruiting laws, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in building and driving effective employer branding initiatives.
