  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, products, and credit terms.
  • Deal with customers professionally and politely.
  • Assist the counter and provide backup support to the counter.
  • Works closely with purchasing to expedite orders.
  • Ability to multi-task, drive sales, and branch growth
  • Be able to educate the customer about products and substitutes.
