- Manage the proposal efforts for CRM clients throughout North America
- Lead proposal strategy discussions and kick-off meetings for large pursuits and ensuring strategic win themes are effectively incorporated throughout the proposal
- Drives development and leads proposal team (technical leader, marketing coordinator, graphics, etc.)
- Lead capture and proposal teams through the creation and production process from start to finish
- Collaborates with team in the development of various proposal sections including Management, Personnel, Executive Summaries, and/or other Volumes as assigned
- Facilitate production and delivery of finished product, while aligning with all RFP requirements
- Leads and engages in project specific and client collection planning with the RBDLs and key Technical Leads
- Engages in the interview process to meet all client needs and align proposal themes and messaging with the knowledge collected throughout the positioning phase
- Attends interview preparation and practice sessions; supports the team with presentation skills and delivery
- Attends client pre-proposal and debrief meetings; shares lessons learned and standard methodologies across teams
- Mentors and engages Proposal Coordinators and Proposal Specialist during proposal development
- Leads Graphic Design support during proposal and interview development
- Leads and engages in project specific and client capture planning.

- Manage the successful development of compliant, competitive, cogent, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across teams.
- Prepare and lead consistent and efficient proposal kickoff meetings, group status calls, ensuring activities adhere to the Proposal Development Plan
- Ensure the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverable
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- 5-7 years of experience leading the proposal process from prepositioning phases through interview and driving teams to develop complaint and competitive bids for an engineering, construction or professional services organization
- Proficient in marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign
