- University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent educational level
- 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, and strong leadership and communication skills.
- Possess strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in managing sales teams and a deep understanding of sales operations and CRM tools are crucial
